To every Citilink rider—and every member of our team—thank you for your incredible grace and patience as we’ve worked through the launch of the fare increase last week. We know this kind of change isn’t easy, and we’re incredibly grateful for the understanding you have shown.
To our riders:
Thank you for sticking with us as we work to link you to life. We see you every day—getting to work, to school, to the store, to appointments, and so much more—and we know how important reliable, affordable transportation is. Your support, your questions, your input—it all helps us do better for you. We’re listening and we’re learning and we thank you so much for your feedback and your kindness through this transition.
To our team:
You have all been amazing! Thank you for answering questions, staying calm, offering kind words to our riders and each other, and for showing up with the kind of care that makes Citilink more than just a bus. You all have shown such grace, flexibility and understanding through this process and we appreciate you so much!
We are making these changes to help strengthen our transit system for the long haul—to maintain and improve service, to grow responsibly, and to make sure Citilink is here for the next generation of riders but we know that change can be hard. So again, thank you for navigating it with us.
