Our fare increase has gone into effect today and we appreciate your grace with each other and our staff as we navigate this change together.
Please note that physical passes are no longer available on our buses and that our TVM, our ticket machine, is no longer available at Central Station. If you have not or are not able to pre-purchase your passes through Token Transit (https://rider.tokentransit.com/) or our online store (https://fwcitilink.com/bus-passes-store/) , you will need to go to the window at Central Station and there may be a delay in getting on the bus.
If you want to buy your single ride on the bus, please remember that you will need to have exact change for your ride, as we are no longer issuing change cards.
The new prices for our fixed route and Access buses, as well as some frequently asked questions, are listed again below in English, Spanish, and Burmese for your use.
